| Trouble getting into your Nutronix site? #1 The username for your Nutronix site should be the same as what you used to get into your AutomaticBuilder site. Make sure you are typing it in correctly. #2 Your password is case sensitive. You chose your password when you signed up for the Free Trial. If you used a capitol letter in any part of it, make sure you type it in the same way now. For example, if your password was "LetMeIn", make sure you type it in that way, NOT "letmein"as that will not work. Also remember your password cannot have any spaces in it. #3 Maybe you are entering in both correctly. For some reason with the cookies, crackers or for whatever technical reason with your browser, when I go to login to my Nutronix site, I first have to go to the Home page, click Login, then on the Login page, click Logout, THEN click Login again, THEN I enter my information and get right in. See if this works for you. #4 Still not working? Then try checking to see if the password is correct. Click on the link on the Login page that says "Forgot your password?" Then enter your username and click Submit. You should get a message that says "Your password has been sent" If you did, you should get an email soon with your password. Try getting in again, and remember you must type it in EXACTLY the way it is. If you got an error message or you still can't login, then it is time to contact Nutronix Support. To contact Support, go to www.nutronix.com and click on the tab on the top right of the page marked Support. You will find a form you can fill out, or phone numbers you can call during the week for help getting into your site. Is your Nutronix site not set up yet? Did you enter in www.nutronix.com/yourusername and get a message that says "The page cannot be found"? While the automation between signing up for your Free Trial through AutomaticBuilder and Nutronix will work most of the time, there might be occasional technical problems that cause a delay from when you joined through AutomaticBuilder to when your Nutronix website is set up. This is most likely because they temporarily had to resort to entering those applications by hand. Please be patient, as they are working hard to get everything back up and working and to get all that information entered manually so that your site will be set up and ready to use for you soon. In the meantime, please continue with your training and do as much as you can until it is ready. If it is still not ready after a couple business days (remember - weekend days don't count) then please contact Nutronix support for help.
