Step 3- Part 2 As you just learned – what you see using the Graph Viewer is the Matrix and is ONE way of how we get paid. The MOST powerful way we get paid is through our Personally Sponsored group. From now on, just to save me some typing and you some reading – I will refer to anyone you Personally Sponsored as your PS. Through this group the highest percentages and commissions will come through your business until you reach some of the higher Director Levels. This is also an important distinction as for most of the remainder of this manual, I will mainly be referring to your PS Legs as that is what you want to focus on and invest in. What is a PS Leg? Every person you PS is a PS Leg for you. I think I have something that I can show you that will help you make more sense of this all. Once your business gets going, you will be able to click on the menu in your Nutronix Back Office where it says Finances and you should see the following options:

You will then be able to click on “Earnings” in that menu and you will see how much you have made, how much is in your account, etc. This will not show up in your account, until you have been in the business for about 4-6 weeks. The area I want to focus on now to finish my point, we would find by clicking on Detail under where it says: “Historical Earnings by Commission Period” This will show you a Summary of your Rank, Your PERSONAL Volume, Your Total Group Volume and How many People you have sponsored. Right underneath that, there is a link that says “Show Volume”. I am going to show you what mine looked like for March of 2006.

As you can see, at this point I am a 1 Star Director, verging on 2 Star, I had a Personal Volume of 100 from my Autoship that month, my Total Group Volume (TGV) was 52,665 and it shows I sponsored 11 people. So if it shows I sponsored 11 people, why do I only have 8 PS Legs when I told you everyone you PS is a PS Leg? Well, some of those people decided not to upgrade to a Business Builder level, so they just became customers of mine. I still get commissions on anything they buy, but they have lost their chance to make money on their downline. At the top of the yellow and grey graph you can see my Leg 1 – that is Thom Gruber. As you can see, Thom is well on his way to 2 Star at this point. Leg 2 is my second PS person Albert. Albert has enough volume coming through his 1 PS Leg to be an International Director, but lets look at where it says has the volume limits for each PS Leg to apply towards each rank. Only 6000 of the volume from that 1 PS leg can count towards his qualifications, so he needs to develop a 2nd PS Leg and will only need to grow it to just over 4000 in volume to enjoy the income from that level. I am helping him now to do just that. My PS Leg 3 is Gerard (ABC9813). His group used to be much bigger, but he has not spent the time helping and developing his leaders so his group is fading away now. Let this be a lesson that I and Gerard paid the tuition for and you can learn from! If I would have transferred Gerard’s Sponsorship to Albert in his first 2 months, and THEN transferred the NEXT PS Leg of mine – PS Leg #4 where Mark (ABC20936) is at under him, They would ALL still be there and the leg would be stronger for that. As you follow my recommendations later, remember that they not only come from my success, but what I have learned from my mistakes as well. Now, if I had a chance to go back and do this all over – I would do it differently. Actually, I do have had a chance to do it again as I opened a position for my wife and have been growing that for her. Lets take a look at what I did there so you can see better what I am talking about as her position is on the verge of becoming a Regional Director last I looked and I know she is beyond that now. First, lets take a look at her PS Downline and how it was shaping up the month before she hit Regional.

As you can see, I have brought in some people who are starting to grow but my PS Legs are getting too spread out (where I had indicated in Red) – so I contacted the company and transferred sponsorship of some of my lower people to my top leader in that line – just like you will see that I recommend you do farther on in the manual. Look at the volume totals at the bottom of those columns. Now this is what her downline looked like a couple weeks later…

Aha! – same volume, but a more condensed group. As you can see from the picture before, I have now locked in those other leaders under that one! What I know from experience is all those other PS Legs at just 10 cv (on the Free Trial) will probably end up becoming customers or quitting because they have upgraded or not produced any volume worth staying for. They MIGHT not quit as some people are late bloomers, and I would work with them if they asked for it by upgrading. For now I will concentrate on the 3 PS Legs I have left with volume to help them succeed. Let’s say the smallest one gives up – that’s OK, as I have another 2 PS Legs who are serious and halfway to Regional. It would be foolish for them to quit now. If we look at the Graph Viewer for my wife’s position, ALL those people are in ONE Leg of her Matrix driving her Powerline. I hope you can understand by looking at this, that as long as I help at least 2 of these PS Legs succeed like I am doing, I WILL NEVER HAVE TO SPONSOR ANOTHER SINGLE PERSON FOR MY WIFE’S POSITION. In my original position I stopped sponsoring people a long time ago, but as you can see, once you get to the Regional Director level your role will change. We will cover more on that later. <Step 3 - Part 3> <Home>
