Step 3         It’s time to Login to your Nutronix site and familiarize yourself with the layout of that site and what important tools are there for you to use. Your Nutronix site is http://www.nutronix.com/yourusername Your username is usually one that you chose when you signed up for the free trial, or for some people it is a number like 54321. The same login information that you used to Login to your AutomaticBuilder site in Step 2 should work here. If you are not able to login  or your Nutronix site is not set up yet                             – please click here for help The first time you login – you will see 2 pages of conditions and will need to accept at the bottom to continue. Once you get past those, your Nutronix Back Office should look like this:
		Let’s get you familiar with a few essential tools in your Nutronix Back Office and we will use them to explain a few key concepts you need to understand and how you can make the most of them for your business. Let’s start with the Graph Viewer. Click on the menu where it says “Graph Viewer”       You will be taken to a page that looks like this one below - except yours might not have any names on it like mine does.
			As you can see, I have highlighted the 1st leg in the Matrix with Red. This is where your people should be if you have any, and the only leg you will ever need to build. This is what we call a Powerline. You can see that my people are more spread out. Where you see the black arrows on the right there are even more people and if you click on them, it will keep taking you down, until you reach the bottom of your downline in that leg. Why are my people so spread out? When I joined, we were not set up to build a Powerline by default – so it really spread the new members out. I have 10 members that you can see on that page. Some of their names are whited out to protect their privacy. What happens is that when new people join under anyone who is in their Leg in the Matrix – everyone in their upline gets an email with a subject line that says – “Your Nutronix downline just got bigger!” These are very exciting emails to get, especially when you did not sponsor the person, as that means your downline is doing it for you! I get many of them, almost every day. Now, imagine that I was just starting my business and I advertised and sponsored those 10 people. If I spread them out like that – only 5 of them would have gotten notices like that. In a Powerline – 9 out of 10 of them get the notice and they realize that they have a position that is worth keeping! The only way they can keep it is to upgrade to a Business Builder position. More on that in Step 4.      As you can imagine, as your business grows, you can effectively excite and interest many more people this way than splitting up your group. So why wouldn’t every one want to build this way? Well, there are a few misconceptions, some of which I will explain and dispel for you as we go along. So, you should check back to your Graph Viewer when you get those notices and you will see your group advancing. Pretty soon, it will take a LONG time to get to the bottom of your downline.      Ok, so lets review as these are some very key concepts you need to understand. First, everyone you sponsor is going to be placed underneath you in the Matrix in one leg. This could include people sponsored by others above you - those people are called spillover, because they "spilled over" from the group above you. I built my business with little spillover for myself, and it did not determine my success, so if you don't get any, don't worry about it. Again, everyone you sponsor will be placed in a single leg - or Powerline beneath you. That is one way you can make commissions.      The second idea is that everyone you PS is a PS leg to you, and on your PS level 1, no matter where they end up in the matrix. Lets look at this graphic to see this at work. Lets say this is your downline in the Matrix with you at the top of the Powerline.      Lets say, you PS 2 of those people - which we shall represent in Red.      And the 2nd one of them Personally Sponsors the other 3 people                                      - which we shall represent in Blue.      As you can see, you now have 2 people on your PS Level 1 (so you have 2 PS Legs) and one of them has sponsored 3 people - so you have 3 people in your Level 3 but they are ALL in your Powerline, so you have a Powerline of 5 people.      So I am going to highlight the PS Legs with Red lines and maybe that will make more sense when you see what I recommend later.      So I hope you can see a little more clearly now how the Sponsorship lines flow in this downline example. You can see that my top PS person has no PS Legs but they have 4 people in their downline - they have 4 people from spillover. Lets say for example that my top PS person (in Red)  had upgraded to Executive but had not sponsored anyone yet. I would recommend you transfer sponsorship of your 2nd PS person and their downline to them. I will explain more about why I would do that in a moment. First, lets see what that does to the PS lines in my downline:      Now, I have locked in that top PS person because I gave them part of my PS downline. What do I mean by locked in? By demonstrating my commitment to help them and starting to build their PS downline I am giving them a strong start in the business. Now they will share in the Fast Start money coming through that leg and often you will get an excited and committed leader that joins in and helps the rest of the downline grow in the same way. You have also just set an excellent example as a leader and demonstrated what you want to teach your downline to do for themselves and others as they go along. Remember, you want this to be a group effort as you do not want to try to build this business by yourself.
