Step 18         Wonderful! Now one of your 2 PS Leaders has reached 1 Star!     You are well on your way to getting to 2 Star – or maybe you just reached that! You may see some of your growth start to slow – as your group gets this size – it can slow down while your newer leaders downline learn the business, find their legs and slowly start to pick up steam like you did. Remember that for many people – it will take them 2-3 months to get to Regional. That's OK, as we are building for stability – so we are not trying to do it overnight – We want to help people succeed, which will lock them into their positions and ensure future growth. You should be at an income level now that can get you out of debt, and for some of you – even contemplate retiring soon! Remember to keep helping others in your downline to do what got you here.
