Step 10         As you get to know your new members – I suggest sending them to this site – you will find one who upgrades and wants to build their business.       - Partner with them to start their business – offer to help them with their advertising if you can. If you get some new members who join under you after they have upgraded – transfer sponsorship of your new members to your PS leader.       - Match Energy with Energy – don’t invest more in their business than they do! I will help split the costs of GTT’s with one of my new members or even double a set of GTT’s for someone I personally sponsored. I don’t do much beyond that unless someone exceptional joins and is showing me they will be a leader and I will do all I can, to match their energy – like I did with Thom Gruber. I will not exceed what they are willing to put in, unless I get help from the team above me. I recommend you follow the same principle with your people so you avoid investing in someone who just takes your energy without matching it or returning it. If someone is on a tight budget, but is good on the phone and is willing to work, I am willing to get leads for them, as long as they will call them and do the follow up with them, as that is a fair deal for both of us. The one exception to this is doing the "pay it forward" method where you get 2 or 3 other leaders in their upline to contribute to help pay for their GTT's. Then, even if they can only contribute a small part, I think it is a great way to get them going and help them realize the power of the system and the power of the upline team above them!       - Welcoming new people is essential – as your group gets bigger, consider getting someone to volunteer to be the welcome person. Your team can take turns doing this. They should be someone who is good on the phone and can call and welcome all new members, which will help all of you get to a higher rank!          How to transfer some of your PS people to one of your PS leaders.  This MUST be done within their first 60 days in the business! After that, you will not be able to transfer sponsorship. Right now, if you want to transfer sponsorship of people you have Personally Sponsored, you need to request that through the support area in your Nutronix back office. Login to your Nutronix back office and fill out the support ticket. In that ticket just tell them who you would like tranferred to who. For example, "I would like you to transfer sponsorship of ABC123 John Doe to ABC124 Jane Smith."      They are working on a way so that we can do it ourselves through our site, but until that is done, we will need to request it is done manually.     What if you have more than 1 person that you PS? Lets say you sponsor a bunch of people and 3 of them upgrade. Then you want to transfer sponsorship so one is under the next and under the next until they were 3 PS deep. The 1st one would be on your level 1, the 2nd is on your PS level 2, and the 3rd would be on your PS level 3. While some people look at it like giving away the Fast Start money from the other 2 people (on your PS level 2 and 3), I look at it as investing in your new people and creating a leadership line as those leaders are likely to repeat your example.
