Overview

So lets get started. First, lets be clear on what the goal is. The target we are
shooting for is to get YOU to the 3 Star Director position. This position will typically
pay you between $9,000 and $10,000 per month. What does it take to qualify for
that? Lets break it down. You will need to be on Executive Autoship. You need to
have 100,000 cv in volume coming through your Personally Sponsored Group
Volume. Up to 75,000 cv can be through 1 PS leg. That PS leg should have your
PS 2 Star Director.

       *Don’t understand what I am talking about yet? That’s OK, I will explain more as we go along!

That volume and achievement may seem like a lot, but as you will quickly see, we
are going to achieve it using leverage and strategy, so it will still take work, but we
are going to end up making it all work for YOU. So what does it take to generate
100,000 cv? I like to think of it as 1,000 people on 100 cv autoship. That sounds
better to me – I need a total of 1,000 people in my downline on 100 cv autoship.
That sounds more doable to me. Now, you can achieve this in many different ways.
The way I am going to teach you how to do it will get you to that goal in the most
efficient way possible – you will spend less time and less money that reaching that
goal than in any other fashion. A bold statement, I know – but this has all been
developed by both using what works and learning what does not, so you will know
what to do, and what to avoid along the way. Think of it as the ultimate mentoring
program. Now, you will still need to spend time and money to reach your goals, as
how much time and money will determine how fast or how long it takes you to do it,
but even those of you with a smaller budget will be able to complete the steps it
takes, it will just take you longer.
This is not a get rich quick scheme or overnight success. This is done with
incremental growth that becomes exponential growth and building a home based
business that will combine the power of the internet with your AutomaticBuilder
system to generate a growing and thriving Nutronix business. Along the way, as
you are reaching your own goals, you will be directly involved in helping at least a
dozen leaders reach theirs, along with indirectly helping hundreds of people
change their lives through great products and a growing business.
You are going to start by building a team – this can start with just you – we can do
this with no spillover or support from our upline. If you happen to have an upline
that will help and support you, that’s great! It is common for most people in this
business to have a great upline, but if for whatever reason you find yours
unresponsive – it does not matter. We are going to be the kind of leader we would
want others to be for us. For that, we will enjoy the financial rewards and personal
gratification of building our success on the success of others.
    You will find that the key to success in unlocking the door to 3 Star and beyond
is as simple as this - you need to find 2 people and help them succeed in
this business. Yes, it is really that simple, and unlike many other businesses, you
will never NEED to personally sponsor a single other person to succeed or qualify
for your business!
This manual is designed as a workbook. On the following pages is a checklist you
need to print out. Once you reach Regional Director, you will be well on your way to
building a successful business and finishing the checklist!
There may be some things in this manual that won’t make sense to you until you
get going – that is why I recommend you refer back to it each step of the way. I
think you will find it invaluable. You will find that because I may update it from time
to time, it will also be helpful to read it online and refer back to it as you progress.
